How does Beelite work?

Beelite Naturally consists of 3 organic ingredients: Honey, Cinnamon and Coconut oil.

The raw honey in Beelite Naturally has a 1:1 ratio of fructose and glucose, providing you with that deep sleep your body needs to burn fat stores and recover properly. Leaving your body restored and energized every morning after a good nights sleep.

Fructose passes through the liver and sits in the liver cells converting to liver glycogen; this provides the fuel to your brain required to burn off stored fats, whilst you sleep boosting your metabolism. If you fail to refuel as most people do before bed, the liver does not have enough fuel to provide the brain when you sleep, it begins to diminish and activates stress hormones.

Glucose passes from the stomach through the liver and sits in the general circulation, converting from insulin to sentonin to melatonin which is what puts us in that deep sleep. Melatonin is a hormone in our body produced from the pineal gland, a small cone-shaped gland deep within the center of the brain. Melatonin is the hormone that creates your sleeping cycle, this is important to ensure you have 8 hours sleep a night.

Cinnamon is a spice that is used in both savoury and sweet foods to increase vitality and balance energy. The benefits of cinnamon are enormous, working closely with the honey fructose and glucose, it helps glucose get into the cells and stimulate more glycogen to help fuel your brain while you sleep.

Coconut oil contains short and medium chain fatty acids, even though it consists of fat it does not circulate in the blood stream like other fats. The fats contained in coconut oil are sent directly to the liver where they are immediately converted to energy. Coconut oil benefits  your skin, hair, bones and teeth and also increases immunity and helps to reduce cholesterol levels.
